Vietnam's residential property prices continue to rise. But both demand and supply are exceptionally low, due to the Covid pandemic. In Q3 2021, the primary stock of apartments plummeted by a huge 70% yoy in Ho Chi Minh City and by 27% in Hanoi, according to Savills. "It broke the record for the lowest supply level since 2014," said JLL Vietnam.
